Is it hilly?

Hedley on the Hill - it is no means the flattest site we've used. So pleaese be aware that the chances of you being on a flat part of the field is slim, so bring chocs!

What is access like to the field?

To ensure a safe and comfortable arrival on-site, we unfortunately cannot accommodate twin-axle vehicles, large motorhomes, or low-profile vans.

e-tickets queries?

Once purchased, tickets are emailed directly to your email address. Tickets usually appear within 10 minutes. If you have not received your tickets or cannot find them please head over to our contact page.

What food will there be?

Stay tuned as we announce more information. Food will be available Friday and Saturday night. A coffee unit will be open throughout the weekend.

Banned items

No silly string, no BB water pellet guns of any kind, no water pistols, no Chinese lanterns, no fireworks, no glass bottles and no disposable BBQ's.

What are the facilities like?

Drinking water on site, a skip for your rubbish, waste facilities. Portable toilets will also be on site as well as free to use showers! Please take your recycling home.

Are dogs allowed?

Yes, it's the perfect location for your furry friends! There's lots of walks too, make sure to ask the team or check OS Maps for more info. Dogs on leads please.

What is your refund policy?

No refund policy on all ticket types, in the event that we need to cancel all tickets will be transferred to a new date.

Can I play music?

Please be respectful of other campers, no noise after 12pm at your campsite.

What's the camping pitch like?

It’s a festival field, you will not be given a size of a pitch, just pick a spot and pitch up. Please be conscious of how much room you take up and please leave access roads clear and respect taped off areas.

Can I bring a generator?

Sorry, no! No exceptions.

Can I bring my own drink into the arena?

Weekend ticket holders: You are more than welcome to drink at your camp but we kindly ask that when you come to the arena and support the bar as well.

Strictly, no underage drinking.

Can you have fires and BBQ?

No open fires, fire pits are allowed but please make sure it is contained and under control at all times. Strictly no disposable BBQs as they are such a fire hazard and damage the grass. We might ban fires with no notice depending on ground conditions and goverment guidance. Strictly no fire's inside the main arena.
